A MOTORSPORT, DRIVER TRAINING AND SOCIAL EVENT FOR MERCEDES OWNERS AND ENTHUSIASTS!

MERCEDES SPORT MEETING is for every Mercedes owner who wants to test themselves on the track, compete for trophies against fellow Mercedes drivers, improve their performance driving skills under professional guidance and meet other owners who share their passion for motorsport.

WHAT TO EXPECT

• All Mercedes-Benz, Mercedes-AMG and Mercedes-Maybach vehicles are welcome, including cars modified by independent tuners, regardless of model, version, year or performance level.

• Practice sessions and track familiarisation before the competitive runs.

• A time attack leaderboard challenge, competing for the fastest single lap, with several classes and trophies and prizes for the fastest drivers.

• Professional electronic timing with online results during practice and competitive sessions.

• Competition based on simple, transparent and fair rules.

• Plenty of driving: several dozen kilometres on Tor Toruń’s asphalt circuit for every participant.

• Optional performance driving tuition, including theory and practical instruction during practice sessions, delivered by experienced instructors and former racing drivers.

• Expert advice on preparing and running your car for track driving, including tyres, parts and oils.

• A relaxed, friendly atmosphere with plenty of opportunities to socialise.

• A maximum of 50 drivers, including 32 places with instructor-led training.

• Extensive photography and video coverage, including photos of every car on the track and in the paddock, plus commemorative certificates and gifts for all participants.

• Food facilities and toilets on-site.

EVENT SCHEDULE — SATURDAY, 26 SEPTEMBER

07:00 – Paddock and event office open
08:30 – Optional theory session on performance driving techniques
09:00 – Welcome for participants not taking part in training, followed by a track briefing for all participants
09:15–13:15 – Electronically timed practice sessions for everyone, with practical track tuition for those who have booked it
13:20–16:50 – Timed competitive runs: time attack for all participants
17:00 – Awards ceremony, official wrap-up and close of the competition
18:00 – Paddock closes

IMPORTANT PARTICIPATION INFORMATION

• Helmets are mandatory for drivers and co-drivers/passengers. Helmets without motorsport homologation, or with expired homologation, are also accepted. Drivers can hire helmets on-site, but advance reservation is required.

• The event is limited to 50 participants.

• Instructor-led training is available to a maximum of 32 participants.

• Practical tuition will take place during all four practice sessions.

• The optional training costs an additional PLN 200 and includes 60 minutes of combined theory and practical tuition per participant.

• Timed competitive runs take place without instructor assistance.

• Co-drivers/passengers are permitted during all practice and competitive runs.

CLASSES

The class structure will be published on 7 August.

REGISTRATION AND ENTRY FEES

To register, email kontakt@mercedestorunclub.pl with:

• The driver’s full name.

• A contact telephone number.

• Basic technical details of the car, including its model, approximate power, significant modifications and the type of track tyres you intend to use.

• Whether you would like instructor-led performance driving training for an additional PLN 200.

Once your application has been accepted, you will receive a confirmation email. Registration is completed by payment to the specified account, securing your place in the competition.

Total participation fee:

• PLN 400 – without training.

• PLN 600 – including instructor-led training.

The entry fee is non-refundable if the participant fails to attend.

If fewer than 20 paid entries are received, the organiser reserves the right to cancel the event by 15 September.
