About the event.
Szczecin’s Gryfus cycling club hosts an Independence Day ride on November 11, 2026. Gather at 10:30 Polish local time at the clubhouse, Szczerbcowa Street 1. The ride starts at the symbolic time of 11:11 and covers approximately 11 km through city streets.
Participants are encouraged to wear white and red, bring flags and decorate their bicycles. Around noon, flowers will be laid at the Józef Piłsudski monument and the national anthem sung together. The group then rides to Polana Miodowa for a bonfire; bring your own food and something to cook.
