Data controller
Your personal data is controlled by the operator of the Autoritmu.eu website. For privacy questions, email info@autoritmu.eu, call +370 641 25 605 or use the contact form.
This policy covers the Autoritmu.eu website, organizer accounts, event submissions, event alerts, the newsletter and contact form.
What data do we receive?
The contact form collects your name, email, subject, message and optional phone number. An organizer account includes the person’s name, organization name and description, contact details, website and social links, logo, sign-in data and events linked to the account.
For an event submitted without an account, we keep the contact person’s name, email, optional phone, submission time and event details. Verification contacts are not public. The event page displays only event and organizer details clearly identified as public in the form.
Event alerts use your email, selected country, city or place, category, organizer, alert types, language, confirmation status and technical subscription data. The newsletter uses your email, language, consent, confirmation and unsubscribe records.
For security and operation, the server may record IP address, request time, browser and device details, and technical error logs. Passwords are stored only as cryptographic hashes.
With your consent, Google Analytics 4 receives page views and privacy-safe interactions such as event submission, organizer registration, subscription confirmation, official-link clicks or calendar additions. We do not send email addresses, phone numbers or event text to analytics. Advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled.
Where does the data come from?
Most data comes directly from you. An organizer may also provide its representatives’ details or public event contacts and must have a lawful basis to inform those people.
We may obtain event details from public organizer, club, federation and other official event sources. In that case we publish event-related professional or public information and identify the source where appropriate.
Purposes and legal bases
We use data to answer enquiries, let you submit and manage events, create and maintain an organizer account, review content and provide the service you request. This is necessary to enter into or perform our agreement with you.
We rely on our legitimate interest in a safe and reliable event platform for security, abuse prevention, technical logs, account verification and proportionate moderation of published content.
Event alerts, the newsletter and Google Analytics 4 are used only with your separate consent. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing already carried out lawfully.
Required form fields are necessary to create an account, submit an event or message, or start a subscription. Without them we cannot provide that function; optional fields do not have to be completed.
Public content
Once approved, an event’s title, description, images, location, date, public organizer contacts and links become public. They may appear in search, maps, calendars and newsletters and may be indexed by search engines. Organizer profiles show only information intended for publication.
We do not publish passwords, private submitter contacts, subscriber emails or other fields marked as private.
Who may receive the data?
Only providers needed to operate the website may process data for us, including hosting and servers, email delivery, backups, security and technical support. They receive only what their service requires.
If you enable analytics, measurement data is processed by Google Ireland Limited as the provider of Google Analytics 4. If a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, the safeguards required by applicable law are used.
We do not sell personal data. We may disclose it to competent authorities only where legally required or to establish and defend legal claims.
How long do we keep data?
We keep data no longer than necessary for its stated purpose. Account data is kept while the account is active and for a reasonable period after closure for security, disputes or legal duties. Event information may remain in the archive while it is relevant to the platform’s history unless there is a reason to remove it.
Contact and event-submission data is kept until the enquiry or moderation is complete and afterwards only as reasonably needed for correspondence, security or possible claims. Server logs and backups follow technical security and provider retention cycles.
Alert and newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent. We may retain a minimal suppression record to avoid sending unwanted messages again. Analytics-cookie durations are listed in the Cookie policy.
Your rights
You may ask to access, correct or erase your data, restrict processing, object to processing based on legitimate interests and, where applicable, receive data you provided in a portable format. You may also withdraw consent at any time.
Send requests to info@autoritmu.eu. We may reasonably verify your identity so data is not disclosed to somebody else. We will respond within the period required by law.
You may complain to the Lithuanian State Data Protection Inspectorate or the supervisory authority in your European Economic Area country of residence or work.
Automated decisions and security
We do not use solely automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects. An administrator may review events and organizer accounts.
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, although no transfer or storage method is risk-free. Report a security concern to info@autoritmu.eu.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the website, providers or law change. The current version and its update date are always published on this page.
