Platform rules

Terms of use.

These terms apply when you use Autoritmu.eu, submit events, create an organizer account or subscribe to messages.

Updated September 11, 2026

01

Acceptance and eligibility

By using the website, you agree to these terms and applicable law. If you create an event or account for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to represent it.

The website may be used by people legally able to enter this agreement. If you do not agree, do not submit content or create an account.

02

Events and organizer responsibility

The organizer or submitter is responsible for the accuracy and timely updating of dates, location, price, participation terms, links, contacts, safety requirements and all other information.

An event may be submitted free without an account. It is stored as a private draft and published only after administrator review. A guest submitter cannot edit it directly and must contact us with the submission reference for changes.

Autoritmu.eu may correct spelling or formatting, categorize content, request clarification, decline publication, hide or remove inaccurate, expired, unlawful, unsafe or off-topic content. Review is not a guarantee of accuracy, safety or legality.

03

Accounts

Organizer accounts are free but may require administrator approval before management access is granted. Provide accurate details, protect your password and prevent unauthorized use.

Report unauthorized use immediately. We may restrict or close an account for rule violations, security risks, a defunct organization or misleading details. Before closure, you may request a copy of your data unless legal or security reasons prevent it.

04

Content and licence

By submitting text, images, a logo, links or other material, you confirm that you may use it and that it does not infringe privacy, copyright, trade marks or other third-party rights.

You grant Autoritmu.eu a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, display, technically optimize, resize, reformat, translate or adapt the content for website sections and promote it through Autoritmu.eu channels as needed to publicize the event or organizer. You keep ownership. The licence ends when content is removed, except for technical backups and lawfully published archives.

The Autoritmu.eu name, design, software and platform materials belong to their lawful owners and may not be copied or used misleadingly without permission.

05

Prohibited use

Do not publish unlawful, discriminatory, misleading, malicious or rights-infringing content; distribute malware or spam; impersonate somebody; harvest user data; disrupt the website; bypass security; or place automated load on the system without written permission.

Report unlawful or rights-infringing content through the contact form and identify the exact page and basis of the complaint.

06

External services, tickets and safety

Autoritmu.eu is an information platform, not the event organizer, ticket seller or party to participation contracts. Tickets, registration, payments, cancellations, refunds, age limits and safety are set by the relevant organizer or external provider.

External links have their own terms and privacy policies. Before buying or travelling, verify details through the organizer’s official channel and assess the event risks. Motorsport and active outdoor activities may be dangerous.

07

Alerts and newsletter

Event alerts and weekly digests are supporting information services. We do not guarantee delivery, complete event coverage or arrival by a particular time. Always verify current information on the event page and the organizer’s official channel.

Every email includes an unsubscribe link. You may change or withdraw your choices and consent at any time.

08

Availability and liability

We aim to provide an accurate and secure service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability, all third-party data or external websites. We may temporarily restrict functions for maintenance, security or reasons beyond our control.

To the extent allowed by law, Autoritmu.eu is not responsible for organizer actions, event changes or cancellation, ticket or payment disputes, or indirect loss caused by reliance on third-party information. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

09

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms as the website or law changes. The latest version and date appear here; material changes relevant to active account holders will be announced on the website or in a notice.

Lithuanian law applies without limiting mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence. Please first contact info@autoritmu.eu so we can try to resolve a dispute.
